A Typical False self

Normal personalities seem to be comprised of  specialized "subselves" - Managers, Inner kids, and their ever- vigilant  Guardians. One of the Managers is the true Self (capital "S") who's natural talent is excellent personality leadership.

Survivors of low-nurturance childhoods are often used to a "false self" of various distrustful, reactive subselves disabling the Self and running their lives. This results in up to six inner wounds, and tragic consequences like divorce.

Use Lesson 1 to assess for false-self dominance and wounds, and to free a disabled Self to harmonize and lead your other talented subselves.

(Less active Kid, Guardian,  Manager, and spiritual subselves are not shown)
