Five Divorce-prevention Projects for
couples without kids from prior unions

        These ongoing tasks overlap and build on each other, so the order counts. They're best begun during courtship:

1)   Assess honestly for false-self wounds, and help each other reduce any you find;

2)   Help each other grow fluency in seven effective-communication skills, and teach them to your kids;

3) and 4)  are Projects for couples with prior children.

5)   Learn good-grief basics, free any blocked grief, and evolve and use a pro-grief family policy.

6)   Evolve a family mission (vision) statement together, and use it to negotiate family job descriptions and resolve major conflicts.

7)   Use all you've learned from prior Projects to commit to the right people, for the right reasons, at the right time.
