is specially true of typical new stepfamily members, who face
many simultaneous adjustment tasks.
The odds of evolving a high-nurturance family rise sharply when
adults intentionally create and use a knowledgeable
support network. Doing this in a step-family was called
Project 11 here. Its resources are now generalized for
all families as part of self-study
