A Typical False self

Normal personalities seem to be com-prised of  three or four groups of spe-cialized "subselves" - Regulars,  young Vulnerables, and their ever- vigilant  Guardians. One of the Regulars is a  true Self (capital "S") who's natural ta-lent is excellent personality leadership.

Survivors of low-nurturance childhoods are often used to a "false self" of various distrustful, reactive subselves disabling the Self and running their lives. This results in up to six inner "wounds," and tragic consequences like (re)divorce.

Use co-parent  Project 1 to  assess for false-self dominance and wounds, and to free a disabled Self to harmonize and lead your other talented subselves.

(Less active Vulnerable, Guardian,  Regular, and spiritual subselves not shown)
